how to enjoy
Briefly boil half a teaspoon of finely chopped angelica root (1.5 grams) with a cup of water and brew it ten minutes. Drink a cup of lukewarm angelica root tea about half an hour before your meals. To prevent a harsh and bitter taste, you may soften the taste by sweeten with honey aor mix with peppermint herb.
